Shipping Policy
Every Nitric Boost Ultra order ships from our fulfillment center in the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later in the day or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the label is created.
Shipping Times
Domestic (United States)
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days from the ship date
- Carrier: USPS or UPS depending on destination
- Tracking: Provided on every order via email
International
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
- European Union: 10 to 20 business days depending on country
- Rest of world: 15 to 25 business days
International shipping times are estimates and depend on local postal performance and customs clearance.
Shipping Cost
- 1-Jar package: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on destination
- 3-Jar bundle: Free standard shipping within the United States
- 6-Jar bundle: Free standard shipping within the United States
- International orders: Shipping fees apply at checkout based on destination and weight
International Customs and Duties
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority, not by Nitric Boost Ultra. Please check with your local customs office to estimate possible charges before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. Allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the confirmation for the tracking data to populate with the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please email support@getnitricboost.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to reship at the original shipping cost. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address you provided incorrectly.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is damaged, please:
- Take photos of the package and product
- Email support@getnitricboost.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in the email
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Ship-To Restrictions
We ship to most countries, but there are some destinations we cannot ship to due to regulatory restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
